1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

Touchizen ('https://touchizen.com') processes personal information for the following purposes only:

• Confirming customer registration intent
• Identity verification for service provision
• Membership management
• License verification and subscription management
• Service improvement and new service development

2. Data Processing by Service

2-1. Datrans Mobile App

Datrans is an Android app for reading and translating PDF and EPUB documents on your device. We process data for the service as follows:

• Documents and history on your device: Imported PDF and EPUB files, completed translated document files, annotations and translation-chat history are stored on your device. Free, on-device ML Kit translation does not send document or chat content to our servers.
• Your selected BYOK AI provider: Only when you choose your own API key and provider in paid Pro do the text segments to translate and request information go directly from your device to your selected OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini provider. API keys remain in encrypted device storage; they are neither sent to nor stored by our servers.
• Translation using credits: When you request a translation using credits, text segments, source and target languages, and request information are sent through Google Cloud Functions (GCF) with Firebase authentication to Gemini on Google Vertex AI. We do not store the source text in Firestore. We store a fingerprint (hash) and request information to recognize the same request.
• Temporary translation results: Translation results are temporarily stored in Firestore for 7 days to recover the result of the same request. Results past their retention period are deleted by a scheduled cleanup process.
• Account information: The email address and Firebase user identifier supplied through Google sign-in or email/password sign-in are used for account authentication, subscription-entitlement checks, the credit service and customer support.
• Credit account records: Wallet balances and records of purchase verification, credit grants, charges and refunds are stored in association with your account. They are used to verify purchases, prevent duplicate grants and charges, settle usage, and process refunds.
• Purchase and subscription verification: Google Play purchase tokens and purchase/subscription status are used to verify credit purchases and Pro access. Google Play processes payment-method information; we do not collect it.

Text and request information sent for BYOK or credit translations are subject to the applicable AI provider's privacy policy. Credit translations involve the server processing and temporary storage described above. The PDF and EPUB document files themselves and your device's BYOK API keys are not sent to or stored by our servers.

2-2. AutoFlowCut Desktop App

AutoFlowCut is a desktop app that uses Gemini/Veo APIs through your Google AI Studio API key, batch-generates AI images and videos, then exports CapCut projects with timeline, subtitles, and animations.

• Projects and exports are stored locally on the user's device
• The Google AI Studio API key is used by the app, and AI generation requests are sent directly to Google
• Gemini/Veo API usage follows the user's Google account policy and quota

Pro Version (Paid Membership)

• Google Account Email: Collected via Google OAuth, used for license verification and subscription management
• License Information: Subscription status and license key

When generating AI images and videos, prompts and reference content are processed through Gemini/Veo APIs. This is subject to Google's privacy policy.

2-3. Calorie Shot Mobile App

Calorie Shot is an AI mobile app that estimates calories from food photos.

• Food Photos: Sent to the AI server for calorie analysis. Photos are not permanently stored on the server after analysis
• Analysis History: Calorie analysis results are stored locally on the user's device
• Subscription Information: Managed through app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)

2-4. MathShorts Mobile App

MathShorts is a mobile app that solves a maths problem you photograph or type, and turns the solution into a short video.

• Problem photos and typed expressions: Sent to OpenAI servers in the United States to generate the solution. We do not store the photo on our servers; it is used only to produce the solution.
• Extracted expression (LaTeX) text: Retained for 24 hours so that the in-app report feature can reference the problem, then processed.
• Kakao account information: Collected through Kakao Login. The account identifier is derived from your Kakao member number; nickname, email and profile image are provided only within the scope you consented to in Kakao, and may be absent.
• Usage records: Number of problems solved, credit balance and ledger (grants, charges and refunds), and reports you submit.
• Purchase information: The Google Play purchase token and order ID, used for server-side verification and to prevent the same purchase being credited twice. We never collect card or payment instrument details; Google Play handles those.
• Advertising identifier (Ad ID): The app includes rewarded ads that you choose to watch, served by Google AdMob. The Android advertising ID is used to serve those ads and to prevent click fraud. In the EEA and the UK we obtain consent through Google's consent management form (UMP) before requesting any ad, and no ad is requested before consent is given. You can reopen that choice at any time from [Drawer > Ad privacy settings] in the app, and you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
• Ad view records: When credits are granted for finishing an ad, we store the account identifier, the ad unit ID, the transaction ID issued by Google, and whether the grant was made — this exists to prevent duplicate and fraudulent grants. We do not collect what the ad showed you or any interest profile.
• Kept only on your device: Videos you create and your edits are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

International transfers: MathShorts transfers personal data outside your country in order to generate solutions.

• OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): Data — problem photos and typed expressions. Purpose — generating the solution. When and how — transmitted over the network at the moment you request a solution. Retention — we do not store it; OpenAI's own retention policy applies.
• Google LLC (United States): Data — account identifier, usage records, purchase verification data. Purpose — authentication, database and server functions (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, US region). Retention — as set out below.
• Google LLC (Google AdMob, United States): Data — advertising identifier (Ad ID), account identifier (to verify a grant), device and network information. Purpose — serving rewarded ads, server-side verification of the reward, and fraud prevention. When and how — transmitted over the network when you choose to watch an ad. Retention — Google's own retention policy applies; we keep only the ad view record described above.

You may refuse these transfers, but solving a problem is itself the processing described above, so if you refuse we cannot provide the app's core function.

Retained after account deletion: To stop the same payment being credited twice, we keep the purchase token together with the time it was credited and the product ID even after an account is deleted. This record contains no problem photo and no solution content. It exists to prevent fraud; deleting it would allow that payment to be credited again.

Exercising your rights: You can export your data and delete your account yourself from [Drawer > Profile] in the app. Deleting your account removes the information stored on our servers, apart from the exception above.

We use the following third-party services:

• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing. Your email address and payment information are shared with Lemon Squeezy when you make a purchase. See their Privacy Policy.
• Firebase: Authentication and database services. See Google's Privacy and Security.

5. Retention Period

Touchizen processes and retains personal information within the agreed retention period or as required by law.

• Customer registration: Until service termination or membership withdrawal
• E-commerce records: 5 years

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of errors
• Request deletion
• Request suspension of processing

7. Personal Information Collected

Touchizen collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service provision.

• Required: Email address (collected via Google OAuth, for account verification and license validation)
• Optional: None

8. Destruction of Personal Information

Touchizen destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing has been achieved.

Touchizen does not use cookies to store and retrieve user information.

This privacy policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any changes will be announced through notices at least 7 days before implementation.
