What it does

Point the camera at a textbook and the app reads the expression. You see what it read and can correct it, so a misread never carries on quietly.

Formulas that move

Quadratics, trigonometric functions, exponentials and logarithms, the normal distribution, ellipses, spirals and Lissajous curves are animated as they are drawn.

Spheres and helices in 3D

Type x²+y²+z²=r² and a spherical spiral winds a sphere into view — the near side brighter, back strands breaking where the front ones cross. The Lorentz force is drawn as a helix winding along the field.

Physics with verified scenes

Kepler's three laws, Hooke's law, harmonic motion, travelling waves and projectile motion are among 24 laws with their own animation. Motion whose speed varies over time is computed from the physics.
