These Terms of Service govern the use of the "SolvePDF" application (hereinafter "the Service"), an AI-powered PDF problem-solving service provided by Touchizen (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of the Service.
1. "The Service" refers to the AI-powered service provided by the Company to help solve problems found in PDF documents and related services.
2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
1. These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service interface or otherwise notified to the user.
2. The Company may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in laws or service environment. Revised terms will take effect in the same manner as paragraph 1.
3. If the user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue using the Service. Continued use will be deemed as agreement to the updated Terms.
1. The Company provides solutions for problems extracted from PDF documents using AI technology.
2. While the Company strives for accuracy and reliability, it does not guarantee the correctness of the results due to the nature of AI-based services.
3. The Company may change the contents of the Service as needed for improvement or operational purposes, and such changes will be announced in advance.
1. Users must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and public order and morals.
2. Users shall not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including reverse engineering, duplication, or creation of derivative works.
The Company handles users' personal data safely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please refer to the separate Privacy Policy for details.
1. The Service includes both free and paid subscription plans. Fees and payment methods are clearly stated in the service's pricing information.
2. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment upon request. If the Service has already been used, the used portion will be deducted from the refundable amount.
1. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the Service results or for any damage resulting from the user’s reliance on the Service.
2. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or government regulations.
1. All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by the Company.
2. Users may not use or provide any Service content for commercial purposes without prior consent from the Company.
1. The Company and the user will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably. If not resolved, disputes may be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction as prescribed by law.
2. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
